Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located right beside Clifton Hill, allowing guests to experience all Niagara Falls has to offer. The rooms were tiny, overlooking the parking garage, which was a downside, especially for taller individuals. The service was a mix of extremely helpful assistance and occasional condescension towards employees. The dining options were exceptional, but some found them overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and fantastic dining experiences with room size being a potential issue.
The hotel had small, old, and not very clean rooms, but the staff was accommodating despite being overwhelmed with requests. The location was superb, very close to the falls and major attractions. The dining area offered great views of the falls, but getting there was a bit of a maze. Overall, the facilities left more to be desired.
Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready, and I had to settle for a smaller corner room with uncomfortable twin beds pushed together, leaving a gap. I was worried about bugs and discomfort. The service was exceptional, especially in handling a noise complaint in the early morning. The location was perfect for watching the Falls view and attending a conference. The dining experience was decent but not worth the high prices. The hotel is old and in need of updates, but the proximity to attractions was convenient.
The hotel rooms are small and very outdated, with a tiny bathroom that even my 6'4” tall husband had trouble moving around in without hitting his head. The pricing for the room, parking, and deposit felt a bit excessive, but the location is very convenient for exploring the Niagara Falls area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with a partial view of the American Falls, which was nice. However, I felt the room was a bit small considering the price, and I had to pay extra for a view overlooking the falls.
